📄️ Bond Tokens
Bond Tokens (BTs) establish a new standard for digital corporate bonds, combining the stability and returns of traditional bonds with blockchain innovation and accessibility.
📄️ Primary Market
Bondi operates the Funding Phase for each Bond Token. Investors deposit USD stablecoin on their preferred chain and receive non‑transferable FpUSD receipts; deposits are mirrored cross‑chain into a single global pool. If the target is reached, Bondi acquires the underlying bonds and investors claim their Bond Tokens on the same chain; if it fails, deposits are returned. The system uses multichain infrastructure for global coordination.
📄️ Funding Participation USD (FpUSD)
FpUSD is a receipt token you receive when you contribute to a funding round. It records how much you put in so your share of the round is clear and verifiable. Later, you use that receipt to claim your Bond Tokens.
📄️ Secondary Market
The Secondary Market enables Bond Token trading through existing decentralized exchanges on the chains where Bondi deploys. Users can trade Bond Tokens without identity verification by simply connecting their wallets and accessing these DEX-based markets.
📄️ User Dashboard
The User Dashboard is Bondi's web application where users manage their Bond Token investments. The platform has four main pages that guide users through the complete investment process, from discovering opportunities to managing their portfolio.
📄️ Bond Spectrum
The Bond Spectrum Model is a credit risk assessment system designed to address the biases and limitations of traditional rating agencies when evaluating emerging market corporate bonds. This color-coded rating system provides more accurate and accessible credit assessments while eliminating the constraints of conventional letter-based ratings.
📄️ Merkle Snapshots & Claims (Implementation Spec)
This page provides a canonical specification for taking snapshot balances, building Merkle trees, and producing proofs used to claim incentives and coupons onchain. Implementations MUST follow these rules exactly to produce proofs accepted by the contracts across all platforms.
📄️ Proof of Reserve & Deployed Addresses
This page provides in-page viewing for Proof of Reserve documents and displays per-chain deployed addresses for each Bond Token. Deployment blocks shown per network are used as the starting point for snapshot reconstruction; for exact rules, see the Merkle Snapshots & Claims (Implementation Spec).
